2. Project Cancellation: Clients may cancel a project before commencement. In such cases, any advance payments made will be refunded, minus any administrative fees incurred.

3. SEO and Digital Marketing Services: Due to the nature of these services, no refunds are offered once the service has begun.

4. Changes to Refund Policy: W3era reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
